Online Jyotish (Vedic astrology) consultation sessions booked through our appointment system.
Sacred products, puja services, and subscription offerings through our online shop.
Educational content, blog posts, and horoscope articles.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or make a purchase. By using this website, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Appointments & Bookings

Booking confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable) and receipt of a confirmation message. We will share the video call link separately before your session.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We do not support cancellations. All bookings are final once payment has been completed and the appointment is confirmed.

Rescheduling may be accommodated at our sole discretion if requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
If an astrologer is unable to conduct the session, a full refund or a rescheduled slot will be offered.

Session conduct

Sessions are conducted via video call. Please ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment. AcharyaRajMishra.com is not liable for session disruption due to connectivity issues on the client's side.

5. Payments & Refunds

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store card or UPI details.
For physical products: refunds or replacements are offered for items damaged in transit. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
Digital products (e-books, subscriptions) are non-refundable once accessed.
Puja services: once a puja date is confirmed and the ritual has commenced, no refund is applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and course material — is the intellectual property of AcharyaRajMishra.com or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

Provide false information or impersonate another person.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
Use our platform to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content.
Use session recordings or astrologer content for commercial purposes without consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcharyaRajMishra.com and its astrologers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including decisions made based on astrological guidance. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
